In this paragraph, the applicant is referred to as "I" and the credit (Car Equity Loans) is referred to as "you". Everything I have stated in my application is true and correct. I understand that you will retain this application whether or not it is approved. I authorize you to obtain a consumer credit report, check my credit and employment history, and answer questions about their credit transactions or experiences with me.

By providing us your wireless (CELL) telephone number, you expressly consent to receiving telephone calls from us concerning your application or loan, including calls to collect what you owe. Live calls may be made by one of our employees. Calls may also be made by a pre-recorded, autodialed voice or text message. Your consent covers all types of calls. We do not charge you for such calls; your wireless carrier may charge you for incoming calls and text messages according to your plan.
